One shot, one detained in Friday morning incident

A 66-year-old man has been detained in by Tallahassee Police Department following an altercation this morning where a 29-year-old man was shot.

According to reports, the younger man collapsed at G. Willie's uniform shop on Mahan Drive where members to TPD's SWAT team provided medical assistance. According to officers, the 29-year-old's injuries do not appear life-threatening.

It is not unusual for law enforcement officers to be at G. Willie's because the shop sells uniforms and other items officers use.

No information on exactly what happened has been released at this point and neither man's identity has been released by police. In fact, police are calling neither man a "victim" or "suspect" at this point in the investigation.
